While protecting floors and quieting our learning environment were our primary objectives, we also set out to create a product that is easy to install, useful, unobtrusive, and, when seen, still attractive. Our products are designed in darker colors and smaller sizes to show less dirt.
More Than Just a Tennis Ball
What we offer are far more than your usual tennis balls for chairs. Each product comes pre-cut indistinct, smaller sizes to offer customers a better choice for their floor protection needs.
Our Furniture Footies have a 20mm circular cut opening and attach effortlessly with no tools necessary. They fit most round classroom furniture leg bases of 1.25"- or less diameter with a swivel-like glide. The golf ball size footie featured in the image is on a classroom chair and will fit a 3/4" round narrow non-tapered furniture leg base. Sample packs are available for sale to test for proper fit.
The unique 4mm thick inner core made of natural rubber prevents the ball from splitting or cracking. Our chair slippers also have a thicker polyester blend outer covering to protect your floors from scuff marks better. It's the quietness you'll love and the floor protection you need!

Furniture Footies’ golf ball size product has been improved to apply much more easily to the base of a chair leg of 1 1/4" or less. We increased the circular cut on our tennis balls for chairs to a 20mm hole cut. This allows for easier application yet still ensures the ball remains intact on the chair leg and doesn’t fall off while furniture is moved about.
I had a former student tell me when he first sat down on a chair that had the golf ball size footies on them "Wow, this is neat!" Kids pick up right away on the bounce effect this product has when applied to chair legs.
